This June’s festival is sponsored by Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation, Cultural Foundation of Ionian Bank, Leventis Foundation, Paxos Festival Trust and Poseidon Cultural Municipal Association of Paxos with the constant support of J.F. Costopoulos Foundation. Artistic directors are members of IEMA (International Ensemble Modern Academy) of Frankfurt. Most of the above mentioned young musicians are members of the newly created “ERGON” ensemble, who have already a contract for concerts with the Athens Megaron during the winter season of 2010 – 2011. Their first concert will take place on the 9th of December 2010. The programs studied on Paxos this June will be executed during those concerts.
