The German village of Stroebeck, Cultural Village of Europe in 2006, invites every young musician (solo or in a group) to travel to Stroebeck on the 26th of September 2009 to take part in the european village music festival there for a weekend. Stroebeck authorities offer hospitality (free room and board) during the festival weekend for every participant.
